Thank you for your kind review Lorna. We were happy to help you with the party wall aspects of your loft conversion down in South Croydon. Most loft conversions require a party wall notices as still beams will be going into the party wall. Having been appointed as the agreed party wall surveyor and after taking a schedule of condition we were able to serve the award on both neighbours fairly quickly so the work could begin on time.
