Thank you for your kind review Ben. This was a rear single storey extension in Woodside. Party Wall Notices were needed as you were building a new wall on the line of junction and excavating within 3 metres of the neighbours house and going deeper than their foundations. We are pleased the neighbour consented to the notices and hope you enjoy your new extension.
